The appliance known as the refrigerator is a device that is found in more homes that any other appliance on the market. Each and every year there is over ten million different refrigerators sold to people with different manufactures making profit from this. Because this very handy appliance it is great for storing food at cold temperatures and stunts the growth of any bacteria or fungus that will spoil your items of food.

The very first refrigerator model that was actually used in peoples homes was created in the year 1927 and was named the Monitor-top. This device was an instantaneous success with people and over a million units were sold to the public. Over the course of time there have been many different companies that worked hard at creating new and more efficient models to try and cornier the market of selling refrigerators. However, there has not been one company that has outdone all of the others in the department of selling these appliances. The reasons for this is that there is a myriad of different manufactures making refrigerators that have their own following of customers. There are some companies that have been around since the beginning while others have just recently joined the refrigerator scene.

The Bosch refrigerator company has actually been around since the beginning of all this. Their first Bosch Fridge was put on display in the year 1933 and have continuously made quality refrigerators since that time bearing their on brand name.

It should be noted however, that the Bosch company makes many other products as well and so they manufacture less models of than many other companies. Bosch Fridge Freezer are a little more difficult to find than some other brands and they run in the mid to high price range.

Anyone that uses a Bosch Fridge Freezer would agree that they work well and will last you a long time. However, they are not the most well known of brands and are far from being a household name when someone is talking about refrigerators. Although, the Bosch Linea line or refrigerators is one of the top ten brands around as far as customer satisfaction and quality go. They are so energy efficient they have met energy star standards. There have only been minimal complaints about Bosch refrigerators that have had minor problems. In addition, they are not a refrigerator for anyone that is on a limited household budget.

Some of the earliest manufactures just as the ones today have learned to improve the quality of their refrigerators based on the knowledge and technology developed by other companies. Hardly anyone seems to agree on who had the original idea of refrigeration and the appliance that is in our home today, but certainly many people would agree that it took talented individuals from all over the globe to create the appliance that we use in our homes today. It is because of these great minds and talented people that we no longer have to cut up ice from rivers or lakes during the winter time so that it can be stored in the home for use during the summer. In today’s world it is very simple, all that you have to do is walk into a store that sells appliance and find a model that you like to keep your food refrigerated over the years.
