Light has been a dire necessity for mankind even long before the stones were rubbed to make fire. Light and sight go synchronized. Sight is useless as long as there is no light. • Kitchen:

For glass cabinets in your kitchen, a few halogen lights fitted under them will provide a beautiful look. For a kitchen, a central light is necessary so that light reaches every corner of the kitchen. Pendants are not to be used if you have a small kitchen. Under wall unit lighting and down lighters work best for kitchens as they will provide you a supply of light that is not adhered by any shadows, which would be present with ceiling lights otherwise.

• Bathroom:

A bathroom area should never when it comes to lighting be ignored. Down lights are superb for bathrooms because they will give appropriate illumination to most areas of the bathroom. Do not use portable lights in a bathroom, use ceiling mounted directional lights rather than them. When you choose shower lights, you have to greatly emphasize on their connection. In all, bathroom lighting should be carried out appropriately so that there are minimal chances of electric shocks and hazards.
