Mold removal bleach can be any Brand of bleach product. The fluid within the bottle is a 5% hypochlorite solution. When you are cleaning mold there is no special mold removal bleach out there.

Using mold removal bleach does kill the mold that it comes into contact with but there are a few problems that you need to be aware of so that you ensure you get all the mold. The first concern is mold usually has a pigmentr to it and you can see it. Once your mold removal bleach is sprayed the area, it bleaches the color out of the mold and makes it nearly clear.

The second problem of concern is that bleach will fade out many surfaces and you will ruin the look or finish. So when cleaning with mold removal bleach you must start in a small area that is out of sight. Testing the bleach on an inconspicuous spot will tell you first hand what affect the bleach will have on the finish.

Mold removal bleach can also harm you due to exposure of the chemical itself, so wear protective clothing like gloves and goggles. Mold removal bleach will also produce harsh fumes so it could affect your breathing, so make sure you air out the area well.

Lastly, mold removal bleach is a one hit wonder. It does not protect the spot after it’s gone through wiping or through natural evaporation. Nearly all of the bleach product is water, so after the hypochlorite component evaporates all that is left is the water. That water, if left alone could have mold growing within it in 48 hours.

Mold removal bleach can be any manufacturer and in my opinion the cheaper the better. Any mold removal bleach will have its hazards with bleaching out colors, fumes, and its caustic nature. Other biocides or moldicides are available to use and some have a more lasting effect to their application, but the number one way to eliminate a mold problem is to implement the technological solutions that I outline in the book.
